2. Data we process

  • technical data stored in server logs, such as IP address, date and time of connection, visited URL, browser and operating system information;
  • data voluntarily provided when contacting us by email or phone, in particular name, email address, phone number, company name and message content;
  • data provided to Microsoft Bookings if the user clicks “Book a meeting” and voluntarily uses the external booking form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • handling correspondence and responding to inquiries – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in communication;
  • taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract where the inquiry concerns cooperation – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • website security, diagnostics and protection against abuse – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • compliance with legal obligations where required by law – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the controller technically or organizationally, in particular hosting providers, email providers, IT service providers and Microsoft if the user uses Microsoft Bookings linked from the website. Such entities process data under their own terms or under appropriate agreements with the controller.

5. Retention period

  • correspondence is retained for the period necessary to handle the matter and then for the limitation period of possible claims;
  • server logs are retained for the period necessary for security, diagnostics and website administration;
  • booking-related data in Microsoft Bookings is retained according to the service settings and Microsoft terms.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but may be necessary to respond or handle the matter. Using Microsoft Bookings is voluntary and takes place after moving to an external Microsoft service.

As of the last update, no active Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or other analytics or marketing tools launched before user consent were detected on the website.
